For optimal care, the terry towel should be washed once before use. The tissue thickens and the pulling of loops is reduced. If pulling threads are formed anyway, cut them off with scissors; this will not damage the fabric.
You can wash the terry towel at 60 ° C in the washing machine. Do not use optical brighteners. Drying in the tumble dryer is possible without hesitation.
You should wash the terry towels separately according to light and dark colors. With brilliant and strong colors, excess dye can easily settle during the first washes.
